Chloe’s Story-

In 2011, I found my love for the restaurant industry. A big thanks to my father who forced me to start my first job on my 15th birthday at a restaurant in Highland Village, TX. His intentions were to show the importance of character/hard work and that you are never too young to start working on your future. Man, was I ANGRY when I had to start working at restaurant down the street from our family suburban home. All my friends got to go home after dance practice, but I had to go change into a uniform and take orders and clean up after the people who gave me little or no thought. Eventually, I surprisingly gained a true love for serving people and incredible food. To be honest, I was never much of a cook until the passing of my father a couple of years ago. I used to not want to come close to a cooking utensil, but now I cannot let go of one. I am a wooden spoon survivor (thanks mom), but now I have realized there is better use to one other than disciplining your children…

I am a tough, hard-working woman with many goals and the thought of giving up will never be an option. I have made a huge risk to start this catering business, but I cannot wait to see what I can do with my ideas. I may fail or I may win; either way I am excited to do something that I am passionate about and to serve the amazing people of our community. I want to say a huge thank you to God and to my dad for giving me the courage and passion to serve the people of our community and the ability to deal with the many challenges that may come with it.
